Return policy:

I guarantee my manufacturing and want my customers to be happy with their purchase. Purchases can be exchanged or reimbursed for store credit.  To arrange, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipment, and will not be refunded for the initial shipping fee.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

Order cancellation prior to shipping:

Transactions cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will be given a no questions asked full refund. If an order is cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase, there will be a 25% re-stocking fee to cover materials, labour and time used to make the item and deal with the transaction. 

Warranty/guarantee:

Repairs deemed to be required as a result of the manufacturing process will be done without labour or material charges within one year of the date of purchase.   The purchaser will be responsible for shipping fees.

Ring sizing:

Each ring is hand-made in the specific size ordered.  Most jewellery stores will help you determine your ring size free of charge.  If re-sizing is required, please contact me to arrange.  The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping cost.  One complimentary sizing is offered for engagement rings and wedding bands.  Re-sizing will be done for a nominal fee, the specific costs will depend on the specific ring.
