Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

Since all items are made to order, we cannot provide refunds. However if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, we will make all reasonable effort to adjust the product until satisfactory.

We offer a one year manufacturing warranty on all of our products. Any issues deemed to be a result of the manufactures process, will remedied free of charge within one year of the purchase date.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Standard delivery usually takes between 4-6 weeks. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
